The pleasant life. Most people enjoy the big events in life, such as a family wedding or a long-awaited vacation. But learning to find joy in everyday events such as your first cup of coffee in the morning or a funny comic can make life more pleasant – and help you feel happier.
The engaged life. Did you ever have a workday or a conversation with a close friend where time just seemed to fly by? If so, it’s likely that you were fully engaged in the experience. Being in this “state of flow” can lead to a greater sense of satisfaction.
